  1. FrmSettings is an ActiveX 
  2.             control designed for Visual Basic. It enables you to control things 
  3.             that Visual Basic doesn't provide by default -- such as minimum and 
  4.             maximum form size, form placement within a specified range, setting 
  5.             the form to be always on top, scrolling title text, and more. The 
  6.             control also enables you to fill the form with a picture, and to 
  7.             establish a color gradient using RGB values. Unfortunately, the 
  8.             control comes with no documentation, although most of the settings 
  9.             aren't too difficult to figure out. If you are looking for a way to 
  10.             expand your control over Visual Basic forms, you might give this 
  11.             control a look.
